This prime property located at the intersection of the Bloomfield Bridge and Liberty Avenue is struggling to find common ground with the community and government to redevelop this site. Previously, Millhaus Development considered redeveloping the site into a five story 237-unit apartment complex with retail. This project eventually fizzled out.
